Our custom home build process places attention to detail, quality and exceptional customer service at the heart of everything we do. Here’s a glimpse of how we go from dream to reality.

Step 1

Consultation

We meet to discuss your vision, and then provide a complimentary visit to your owned lot. We will identify the services available and any considerations about the land prior to deciding to build a home.

Step 2

Design & Price

Now it’s time to put ideas to paper. We will discuss features, layout, square footage and desired materials, then move towards a drawing. Formal contract is signed with budget, milestones and timelines.

Step 3

Select & Build

Your vision takes shape at this stage and construction will commence. You will choose your interior and exterior materials, colours and decor aspects of the home.

Step 4

Close & Support

Before closing, we meet to do a pre-delivery inspection and review every corner of the home. After close, we continue to support you to ensure complete satisfaction of your beautiful custom Crown Home.
